Hello,
Before you read my note, it is good to know that I am not at all experienced
in MRMEMO!
My problem:
At my customer site, they use MRMEMO to send mails from ALL-IN-1 to MRMEMO
and vice versa. They also uses DDS for addressing.
Sometimes it happens that messages don't arrive. The MRMEMO address of a MEMO
user (which is obtained from DDS) seems to be changed in the address
DGA.MEMO/API, what is of course an unrecognized recipient name.
Could anyone of you give me a hint please ?

- can you reply the DDS-Entries ?
- can you reply the mrerr.inf ?

Hi,
These problems are usually related to strange addressing syntax, so it
would be useful to track down the address of the original ALL-IN-1
messages.
In addition to the info requested in .1, you could provide:
1) a listing of the MRMEMO server characteristics as provided by the
command:
$ MC MRMMAN LIST
2) An example of the original ALL-IN-1 message (the address is what's
interesting)

Thanks for the answer. With this information, I was able to solve the problem. The problem was that a MEMO user sent a mail to an ALL-IN-1 user with asking a READ receipt. This MEMO user wasn't registered in the DDS-database, which caused this "UNRECOGNISED RECIPIENT" message from the Postmaster. It may be simple, but as I said, I am no MRMEMO or MAILBUS specialist.
