    What happened to the new "employee agreement"? Wasn't there
    some announcement around the end of FY96 about something
    like this coming soon?

	I think the only "employee agreement" is that we peons all agree not to expect anything from any announcement except the exact opposite. "We won't be selling that piece of industry leading software, its strategic!" "We value customer loyalty ... cancel/sell their favourite product" -- soon that won't be possible any more ... like the old joke of the 60s in Britain "The run on Britain's gold reserves has stopped... their all gone" Like legislation not passed by the end of a session (FY96) the new "employee agreement" has probably died on the order paper. 5141.0 just the week off on the wrong cynical foot ... sigh (again) -ian
