    I am in desperate need of a Windows'95 printer driver for a DEClaser
    3500.  I have a Windows 3.11 driver that came with the printer, and
    when I upgraded to Win'95, it worked.  Recently I began having trouble
    with my printer interface and we had to delete the printer on my PC to
    reload it.  Unfortunately it will now not load correctly because of the
    3.11-'95 upgrade.  I tried reaching someone at IEG who could at least
    point me in the right direction for obtaining this driver on
    diskette....  After several phone calls where the person could not
    provide me assistance, I was given the name of the person who should be
    able to help.  Unfortunately I was only able to leave a voicemail,
    which I now think may have actually been a blackhole.  Can anyone
    suggest a resource for this SW?   Our CNS people here don't have it,
    they could not successfully pull it over from the Internet, and now say
    they cannot assist me further until I get a copy of it......

	if you mean CCS not the old CNS then that is bull if they say they cannot support you. I have seen people in the past able to use the 3250 driver, worst case try that. it should be on your list of available print drivers. Try connecting a drive to \\mro-office-1\public then go into drivers, printers, win95 The driver is there

	Thanks to everyone. I don't have the Win95 cd, nor do I have access to a cd drive, but someone was able to help out, sent me a couple of files over the net and my print driver is now working perfectly! Thanks again. Pat

	Unfortunately, that web page requires an incredible amount of details usually only found on the delivery papers/sales slips, complete address and telephone number and so on - at least for the dot-matrix printers. Is there an easier way internally, and more important, is there finally a working driver for the DECwriter 95 under Windows 95 available ? It's a shame that we leave customers completely on their own only two years after purchasing a "quality brand printer" :-( Disappointed, Hans.

	For the DECwriter 95 use the Citizen 240 drivers. cheers. Stuart
