I am urgently looking for a pointer or somne info on
Network Support Services Contracts.
I am having difficulty finding Digital Part numbers for Maintenance for
networks/network products specifically for faultfinding.
I have managed to find a part number (I think this relates only to the
USA) which is based on Gross list price of network equipment..but this
appears to be hardware only.
I specifically need a a part number network support - software and
faultfinding, performance evaluation etc.

All Network Services part numbers can be found in the US Systems &
Services Price List, in the MCS section, starting on page MCS 7.44
(July edition).

a division of Network Management Services and we have numbers for
network management which includes fault isolation/resolution.
