    Simple question: can anyone help me to identify the total number of VAX
    CPUs we have shipped to customers in Europe? I report I received from
    Ayr suggests that the number is about 93k, but we have over 100k VAX
    CPUs under service contract, so that can't be right.

  Perhaps many VAXen were trans-shipped into Europe from the US
  or other non-European sites? Especially by our OEMs who included
  them in larger systems?

  Perhaps some of the VAXen under contract are actually the
  clones produced in the Soviet Bloc?

Does the number supplied by Ayr include the systems shipped 
from Galway.  Galway used to be the place where the VAX 
6000's et al were manufactured ... I think.
