    Am I the only employee that the Benefits Express telephone
    system refuses to divulge his or her "current pension account
    balance" to?  It says "This option is not available to you",
    and has been since March when this feature was supposed to start
    working.
    
    I've reported this to Benefits Express until I'm blue in the face.
    Is there anyone in Dec we can contact when Benefits Express fails
    to function ad infinitum?

	I believe the Benefits Express is administered by the outside HR consulting firm, (HQ'd in Illinois), that Digital uses for these things. Let HR (Human Resources) in Maynard know - I had to get their help once before on such a problem when I wanted to sign up for benes, and it got solved. The HR consultancy is a good one, so there should not be any problem fixing it.
