4310.0. "User can't start appmanager on T4.0-1" by BASEX::KAIRYS () Thu Dec 07 1995 07:01

    I've installed T4.0-1 and find that as user kairys I can't start the
    application manager. The little light blinks for a few seconds, and
    nothing happens. If I log in as root I can start it fine.
    
    I've looked in the logs in ~/.dt and at the file protections in
    /var/dt/appconfig/appmanager. I don't know where else to look.
    
    BTW is there CDE documentation? It doesn't seem to be on the CD, unless
    I missed it.
