| You might give Dennis Dingman, Sales Rep, State of Florida, Department
of Transportation, a call. I believe he completed a similar sale a
couple of years ago.... He's in the Tallahassee Florida office, don't
recall what his DTN is, but he should be listed in ELF.

Before coming to DEC, I worked for the NJ Turnpike and was involved
with the installation of that traffic system. Give me a call off line,
