A - 18"H x 24"W white sign with burgundy Digital logo,
cardboard easel back, holes or supplied velcro for hanging, $45
B - the same with a wood easel, $125
C - the same with directional arrows, $130
D - 3'H x 6'W white banner with burgundy Digital logo and black
company name, $150
E - 4'H x 8'W white banner, $175
Q. DO I BUY OR RENT GRAPHICS AND BANNERS?
These are not rental graphics and banners. Once you receive them
you own them.

Q. HOW ARE GRAPHICS AND BANNERS SHIPPED?
A. Shipping is via Federal Express within two (2) days after request
has been received.
Q. WHAT IS AVAILABLE IN BOOTHS AND EXHIBITS?.
A. Portable, easy-to-set-up, booths with illustrated set-up
instructions are available. Booths come with the burgundy Digital
Logo and a velcro adaptive fabric on the backwall. A four panel
booth fits an 8' wide space, and a five panel booth fits a 10'
wide space.
Q. DO I BUY OR RENT BOOTHS?
A. Booths are rented for a period of ten (10) days. The rental
fee is $300 for one booth and $500 for two booths, including
shipping.
Q. CAN I RENT A BOOTH FOR MULTIPLE EVENTS AND EXTEND THE RENTAL
PERIOD?
A. Yes. Indicate the number of days for which you want the booth,
and EVENTPRO will quote you an extended rental fee.

Q. HOW ARE BOOTHS SHIPPED?
A. Portable booths are second day air shipped. The shipping cases for
both sizes are 44" x 34" x 12" weighing approximately 110 pounds.
Q. HOW DO I RETURN SHIP?
A. Return shipping labels and instructions come with each booth.
All freight must be shipped back prepaid by following the enclosed
shipping instructions. No collect freight is accepted at EVENTPRO,
Q. WHAT MODULAR EXHIBITS ARE AVAILABLE?
A. Truckable, semi-custom, easy-to-set-up exhibits are available in a
number of configurations, 10'x 10', 10' x 20', 20' x 20'. Exhibits
come with illustrated set-up instructions, burgundy Digital Logo
and velcro adaptive backwall. Custom graphics for messages and
themes are available at additional cost.
Q. WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE EXHIBIT?
a. You have a choice of the Complete Turnkey Package or the Basic
Rental Package.
Q. WHAT DOES THE COMPLETE TURNKEY PACKAGE INCLUDE?
A. The Complete Turnkey Package includes all show services, shipping
both ways, set-up, tear-down, electrical, cleaning, drayage and
on-site event management. Shipping includes coordination of demo
equipment on the same truck.
Q. WHAT DOES THE BASIC RENTAL PACKAGE INCLUDE?
A. The Basic Rental Package includes shipping both ways, set-up,
tear-down. All other show services are the responsibility of the
requester to order and pay for through normal Digital Policy and
Procedures.
