	This is a request for information. 

	I received a call from an internal consultant at Pepsi Co. in 
	Valhala, NY USA the other day. He wanted to know how we implemented
	"body part 15" of our MailBus 400 protocol. 

	The consultant who had worked with them previously has left the
	company and the local receiptionist passed my number along to him.
	Since I know no one in the company who is a mailbus maven, I thought
	I'd do a little fishing.

	BTW, they are now supported out of the UK (don't remember who).
	I told him that he should probably get in touch with them, since they
	know the system and shuch, but that I would try to find some local
	talent to help him.

	Any info would be appreciated.

    I know absolutely nothing about MAILbus 400, but there is a notes
    conference (FORTY2::MAILBUS_400) that might have more info (or better
    contacts) for you.

    The PepsiCo International Account (PCI) is indeed supported
    from the UK and a real fine team they have there looking after them.  
    
    I believe that there is a vaccuum left after the departure of the
    local Westchester PCI technical support.  Have the customer call
