|  |     The solutions desk is DTN 275-3200 or 264-3713 (the later for PC's),
    I'm not sure where there located, but I don't know how your customer
    would be aware of the "solutions Desk"....  What they are....A group of
    people within US Logistics Services that assist CSC's SALES, Business
    OPs, etc., expedite, track, trace, etc., orders placed for or by
    customers.  I believe that probably 90% of their calls are from CSC's
    (Customer Support Consultants).  It looks like they've got the wrong
    DTN Prefix (or outside); but the 3200 is correct.

|  |     I'm Deb Alexander and I work on the Solutions Desk.  We
    are located in DAS (Andover, MA).  
    
    Our DTN is 275-3200 and the PC Solutions Desk is located in 
    MKO and thier DTN is 264-3017.
    
    We assist CSC's, LSSN's, Sales, DDD, and Distributors with 
    order status, expedites, change orders, lead times, and various 
    other order fulfillment requests.  
    
    Our calls are about 30% from CSC"s, 30% from DDD, and 30% from 
    Distributors and the remaining 10% from other groups.
    
    If you get anymore calls for us just send them to our DTN - 275-3200.

|  |     Hi,
    
    The correct number for the PC Hotline ( a.k.a. Solutions Desk ) is
    DTN :: 264-3713. As stated in other replies, these folks are there
    to provide PC Order Support. They basically act as the "middle person"
    between the Sales Rep ( Field, DDD or Desktop ) and Fulfillment &
    Distribution ( Logistics ). 
    
    Specific work functions include; order status, expedite, shipment
    tracer, cargo claims, post-ship invoice corrections, et.al. They
    do not directly "work" MRR or RA issues, but will ensure the
    proper support group is given the request/issue.
    
    Oh, the group resides in MKO01, down the hall from Desktop Direct
    and is functionally aligned with the PC Business Unit.
