| Some of the libraries subscribe to Gartner and IDC such as the one in
LKG and the one in the MLO. You can also call IDC and Gartner and
order the report. I don't know how much they charge, but I do know that
they charge for the reports. I always used the ones in the library for
my research as it was convenient.

FOR ANY ITEM ORDERED RUSH, please include deadline date (and hour
if appropriate). When receipt by FAX is necessary,
please include your FAX phone number.
Since your cost center will be crosscharged for our services, upon
receipt of your order we will assume you have obtained the cost center
manager's approval.
FEES: $10.00 per article for standard delivery.
$25.00 per article for RUSH delivery (within 1-3 days).
Actual cost for standards and patents.
NOTE: Your specific approval will be requested for each standard which
will exceed $100.
You can expect a standard delivery time for most articles to be within
a week to 10 days. Articles usually will be shipped directly to you by an
external vendor. Please notify us at the above address if you do not
receive your (standard) order within 4 weeks.

Go into VTX MIS -
Put in your badge number
Select #1
Put a Y in the Bibliographic option (the default is N).
and when the next screen comes up, use the term Gartner
in the publisher/publication field. Any other information
you have narrows the search.

information about IDC and Gartner reports.
The DTN is 297-5361 and the hours 9:00-4:30.

| Please contact the Market Research Center at MRO1-2/A94 for marketing
reports -- it will save you a lot of time, as Reprint Services will
just have to forward the request to them.
