    I am trying to put together a Q4 campaign for some additional revenue
    and need some help.  
    
    Can anyone tell me where to go within Digital to get a list of all
    customers in the Western Region, that shows:
    
    	Contact Name
    	Company Name
    	Address
    	Telephone Number
    	DEC systems from MVII thru VAX 4000's
    	Date installed
    	By Specific CBU Code or SIC
    
    This may sound like a simple request but I have been trying on and off
    for the past 8 months to get this without any success.  I know this
    data is located someplace.  The question is where and who owns it.
    
    Does anyone have a name I can call?

	Ron - Try a MCS (Customer Service) Unit Manager. They should be able to cut this data from their CHAMP/SMART database. When I was in Customer Services we used to do this all the time for Sales, Sales Support to work upgrades programs, etc.

	That information is available from someone (most likely MCS) with an FSBIC account and access to the CO/IB (Contract/Installed Base). CO/IB is sensitive info and access is given only to those specifically needing acesss to it. You can cut the data the way you requested or any other way. Pat

	I got my installed base listing for the accounts I have responsibility for from a woman in Marlboro. She sent it to me without my asking - due to the Q4 upgrade program push. Here are the names I received in my Q4 Upgrade Program Resource Listing: District Contact/E-Mail NE Mary Anne Bianchi @MRO MA Cathy Cosmo @MRO PA/WV Al Harrison @OFO Boston Jill Jorgensen @MRO NJ/DE Janet Lord @OFO NYC Sharon Ostiguy @MRO Upstate NY Sue Wadoski @MRO I think this listing was for the Northeast. So I am wondering if there are Upgrade Program Drivers in other parts of the country as well. So I would suggest that you call one of these people and ask the question. I am sure everyone is thinking Q4 Upside Revenue - as you are. Hope this helps getting you started. Jane
