| | I heard on NPR yesterday about a rooster, named Ted, who had won great fame
for his ability to pick winners of football games. Ted's owner would set
in front of Ted two signs with the team names; on each sign was a kernel
of corn.  Also in front of Ted was a set of numbers indicating point spread;
each number with a kernel of corn. Whichever team sign and number Ted ate
the corn from was deemed to be the prediction.
Ted recently died; his duties assumed by his son, Teddie.
I imagine that Ted's method would work at least as well as any other that
Digital uses.

Rubbish-far too accurate and gives a RESULT which can be tested
measured etc.Never do.What you need is something with a constantly
    changing and never measurable result.
Can I suggest my patented Heisenbergs Uncertainty Principle
    Spreadsheet(TM)?

| | Who is funding you? What for? Is that funding contingent on anything,
like deliverables or volume? Is there some reason that a commitment to
fund might not be met?
Even if you need to get involved in probability, a spreadsheet should
be pretty easy to throw together.
And for all the help you're getting from this conference, rolling your
own is probably the shortest path to completion ;^)
