A Customer who went to the last DECUS was told that since she was
using ALL-In-1 she should be receiving what she calls a magazine
called ALL-In-1 Information Update from Digital. According to her
there were a number of articles referenced that would be of value.
Does anyone have any information on this publication? They are paying
for and receiving LPS and Documentation Update Service.

ALL-IN-1 Information Updates are (or, at least used to be) available
online. You can check the ALL-IN-1 conference for that information.
I do not know how customers can order the IUs.

Not to fault you personally, this is typical of how non-customer
focused Digital can be, and IMO, probably the sort of issue external
DECUS attendees voiced as a business problem with Digital.

ALL-IN-1 Information Update (as we know it) is no longer in existence.
The publication of quarterly issues ceased to exist a few months ago,
when it was decided that printed copies sent to customers were too
expensive to produce. Instead, articles are now sent to the DISPATCH
section of the STARS database, part of TIMA. Customer access is via
DSNlink.
As far as I understand, notification of this migration was sent to
subscribers of ALL-IN-1 dispatches way back in June with the last
printed issue.
If your customer require back issues, please contact me off-line.
