O.K. I'll profess my Ignorance, is the Employee Communications
Manager responsible for communicating to the employees, or are
the Employees supposed to communicate to him/her ? Or do they
manage the communications of the employees ?? Seems this may be
the place to start communicating .......... no ? Si ?

Hi Allan, I'm pleased to see your entry, but could
you tell me if you manage communications from 'the company'
to the employees, or information from 'the employees' to
'the company', or both ??

| We used to have people in this organization with the title
"communications manager." You could tell who they were since they were
the ones who looked the other way and didn't say hi to you in the
hallway.
