Why would EXARC be invloved in your accessing a customers system ?

I thought they were only worried about people coming *in*...

Apparantly EXARC controls all x.25 access to e-net, or so I'm told
(and also maintains a list of sites with x.25 connections, which
I need more than permission at the moment... :^)

to speak to Gabriel Barta @GEO dtn 821 4826, who might put you on the
right path. I'm a regular x25 user through Gabriel's kind services.
