1-800-DIGITAL is advertised all over as a way to reach
DEC. I called that number to see how we present ourselfs.
I expected to hear a friendly HUMAN voice. I though that
front end would be a well trained person that could
point a customer in the right direction.
It is some automated voice system. The messages didn't
sound friendly or sound like they would tell me how to
proceed. I thought I got a wrong number.
Who is at the other end of this number? Is it ment to
be a general access point to digital like we say?
Is this the normal way this line works?

Really? I know you can order stuff by calling that number. Where does
it give the impression that this is a general access point to Digital?
