    I was just reading a preliminary report on a Software Product
    Directions Forum conducted recently in Westboro.  Really scary
    stuff!!  Alongside of devastating comments about our lack of
    corporate direction, our extremely poor services and very negative
    reactions to a "PC Case" and "VMS Cell" presentations, this poor,
    confused bunch of customers were actually very excited and "loved"
    our presentation on "Multimedia".  Obviously, they don't know
    yet that Multimedia leaves Ken Olsen "cold".
    
    That's what we get for talking to customers.  Will we never learn?

	If Ken hates Multimedia, and it leaves him cold, then we are Home and Dry. He did not think much of the PC or Unix Either. :-)
