Phil,
I just create a NOTES conference to hold and organize the raw
material until I need it in a different format. I invite
other members of the team to introduce their comments. I
know its not well formatted, but its public and easily added
   to.

| | Phil,
I am aware of a project tracking tool that is being developed by
Hugh Gardner in OGO. Try giving him a call or write to him on
CSSE::HGARDNER. He may have what you are looking for..

| 1824.3 | DECplan | AKOCOA::DROMANO | TDU V3.0 Development | Sat Mar 28 1992 14:45 | 11 |
| | Have you looked at DECplan? Can't get much more standardized than a
real product. From what I understand DECplan is a very good project
management tool that handles planning, reporting, time management,
mult-project integration and allows people to update the status. Check
    it out.

P.S. DECplan does do GANTT charts, etc... since it is designed as a
project management tool... however you have the option of only using
parts of the product that you wish.

| | Chris Schuetz on csse32::schuetz wrote PMT and it is still in use for
some of the Engineering support groups. I used it when I was in support
and it was great. It runs on Rally and Rdb/VMS on VAX/VMS systems.

It's also pretty easy to do adhoc reports if you know Rally or you can
create reports using Datatrieve to the Rdb/VMS database.
