Just received my Service Awards catalog and order form for selecting my
gift. (You know, like the pen & pencil set or tie clip for passing n
times five years of service where n = 1 to 6).
I compared the catalog to the order form and found they didn't agree.
Upon calling Personnel, I was told the vendor made a mistake in
preparing the mailing. A new mailing is in the works; just hold on.

Well, Friday I received my service award -- a calculator, beautifully
engraved with the initials SPH. If there is anyone out there with a
five year service award with the initials ADL who would like to trade
it for a service award with the intials SPH, please contact me.
