    The Proposal Design Resource Center Group I am part of has the function
    of officially creating, designing and producing sales proposals to win
    or retain Digital customers and revenue business, be it hardware,
    software, customer services, other services.  We directly have a major
    input on the "written selling presentation" for a great deal of Digital
    revenue and thus have considerable "indirect" impact on revenue,
    exceeding $250,000,000 yearly.  We support sales reps and customer
    service account reps in 13 U.S. states plus nationally for two EIS
    organizations.
    
    The "fun" part you may be perceiving from ME is an unofficial,
