During the last few weeks there has been *MAJOR* ground
work being done at the Lancaster site (near the conf. house).
    Does anyone know the scoop?

| I just asked that same question of a colleague who lives across from
the new Lancaster site. She says it's just some site preparation work
which needs to be done to keep the permits in force. If nothing had
been done, Digital would have to go through the entire process again
with the locals and the State from the beginning, as if it were the
first time Digital was proposing to build something on the site.

No facility will be built anytime soon.

| Seems at though this should be part of topic 224 and maybe 224 should
    have a slight title change.
