does anyone know what happened to the Marketing notes file? Every
time I try to access it I get a "File not Found".

The best place to look for 'missing' conferences is in TURRIS::EASYNET_CONFERENCES. In fact, in topic 1 of that conference you will find not only the rules and guidelines of that conference but a host of suggestions regarding how to find things in the conference *and* how to track down problems accessing conferences.
