    There is a new notes file out there that I would like you to know
    about. it is for the physically challenged, and is open to anyone
    who has an interest in that subject.

    	CXCAD::PHYSCHALLENGED

    In that notes file I have started a discussion on what DEC can do
    with it's product set to aid the physically challenged. I have proposed
    the establisment of a program office for the purpose of adapting
    existing DEC equipment to work better for the physically challenged.

    My question to the readers of this conference is:

    	How do you formally propose such an idea? to whom? in what format?
    	what justification/market info should be attached? etc??

    I will look forward to hearing from you, either here or via email.

    thanks

    dick

| Don't forget to put a note in the Easynet Conference about this
    also: TLE::EASYNET_CONFERENCES.

    You might further want to consider setting "Select"ion for .0 to
    add your conference to a users notebook.

    Good Luck,

| This conference *is* announced in EASYNET_CONFERENCES (and
    EASYNOTES.LIS as well). I have done the SET NOTE/CONF on the
    base note so people can add the conference easily to there notebooks.

    Perhaps others can address the other issues in .0 regarding where
    to make suggestions about a program office creation to adapt
    existing products for use by the physically challenged.

| Dare I suggest that this would be an excellent example of an idea
    begging for a champion? See note 613 for a discussion of an Ombudsman,
    etc...

    Sorry I don't have a suggestion of where to go. Please let us know
    if you find a way to make this work.
