|  |     This is bean counter stuff so I can't explain all the logic
    but it appears to have something to do with local petty cash
    offices each having a list of the managers local to that
    facility who are authorized to sign petty cash forms. If the
    name isn't on the list they can't cash the form.
    
    I have cashed forms in ZKO signed by my NIO based boss so this
    doesn't always hold true. If I were a negative sort I'd ask if
    the Chelmsford location is run by manufacturing. Engineering
    run facilities appear to have rules that make more sense (ie.
    let me cash petty cash vouchers away from home) then manufacturing
    facilities.

|  | I've handled advances and expense vouchers at petty cash locations other than
the one where the manager with signature authority is located on many occasions.
There is supposed to be a corporate data base with all the signature info.
One important thing to note:  No matter what, you *must* clear an expense
voucher at the same location you obtained the advance.  Advances are temporarily
charged to the local petty cash office's cost center.
