    A long-time issue at last resolved ! (at least at European level).
    
    European customer services have just agreed to offer services for
    both Nexpert Object and Epitool. This means Q numbers for telephone
    support, right-to-new copy, new media and documentation will be
    introduced.
    
    It is now up to each country to implement this decision locally.
    The options are:
    
    	1. full services, with one telephone support specialist assigned,
    receiving back-up support from the vendor in Europe.
    
    	2. services introduced, but no support available locally. Customers
    call Digital locally, but problem statements are passed on to either
    a Digital specialist from a nearby country, or to the vendor directly
    for resolution.
       
    	3. bad idea (!) and no services introduced locally.
