At the most recent meeting of the AI Competency Circle, we agreed to
develop a small library of reusable code that European SWAS people
might wish to share.

This note will be reserved to test the concept.  A few ground rules:

	. Each reply to this note should contain a pointer to
    	  the code being submitted.

	. Please submit code which can be used freely for either
	  internal or external projects and which is of general
	  interest, e.g. interfaces between tools.

 	. If you submit code, please be prepared to support it by
	  taking an occasional phone call.  

	. Please make sure that documentation is available.

	. Submitting tools from the Toolshed is probably not a good
	  idea because support is not always available, and the
	  software may not be useable in customer projects.
