    Please note that we have specific DSN mail addresses, for most
    problems, eg
    
    DSN%DISKS_HARDWARE  for disk storage hardware service requests
    DSN%PRINTERS_HARDWARE for hard copy device service requests
    DSN%TAPES_HARDWARE for magnetic tape storage hardware service requests
    
    If unsure of which to use, DSN%HELP will list all the available
    addresses with descriptions. Correct addressing will help us to
    respond to your request, as quickly as possible.
    
    DSN%HARDWARE is a catch all for any problem, without a unique
    address. At busy times, use of this address, may delay diagnosis
    of your problem, and we would wish to avoid that possibility.
