    Gents,	
    	Up here in the beautiful North we keep getting printoffs from both
    RSDS Notify and EXTREF.
    
    	In order that I can feed the info. out to the Response Group
    accurately, does anyone have the approved format for a call, ie CI or
    BI and all the others and wot they mean.
