    (rathole alert...!!!)

    RDC still exists...CSG also exists.....RDC is an operation performed
    by a group within the CSG.

    Didn't somebody say RDC is a TOOL ... RDC_BUGCHECK seems ok to me
    as a tool to analyse bugchecks.

    re the bugcheck database.

    Everyone has READ access so long as they have the definition set
    up correctly . Everybody seems to have a different way of defining
    the databases they select by default but just for the record I have
    it set like this.........

    $ DEFINE/NOLOG STARS$DATABASE STRS_OBL$:[RDC_CRASH]

    Only selected people have write access to the database , at the
    moment it is restricted to those who are currently working on or
    have already worked on the bugcheck desk .
