Hi Ron, Charlie,

We need physical planning data for the following systems and their peripheral
devices and cabinets.

    EDSCLU
    QUATLU
    ARRACK
    BUFCAL

This physical planning data must include ...

   1)  model numbers of the systems

   2)  the physical dimensions of the equipment   W x D x H

   3)  the BTU output of the equipment  (for A/C loading purposes)

   4)  the number/type of electrical connections required
       (how many outlets,  what types of receptacles)

   5)  the number/type of network connections needed (FDDI, T/R, ETH, and
       UTP, ThinWire, etc.)

   6)  include count and type of display monitors in peripheral descriptions
       and remember we'll need the BTU output estimates for the monitors as
       well.      


If possible, we'd like this list completed by Wednesday as well.

	While you're reviewing these systems, we need to record equipment serial numbers too. We should get S/N's for the monitors as well I suppose ... and for any other device that has an asset tag.
