There is an X-windows version of emacs (Xemacs)
available that I would like to use.  Would it be
possible to download the latest version to ARRACK ???

    node ARRACK, the location is at /usr/local/bin/alpha-dec-osf4.0.

      FYI, 
    
       The kit is located at www.Xemacs.org ftp.xemacs.org:/pub/xemacs/ 
      the xemacs-19.15-alpha.tar.gz and xemacs-19.15-commom.tar.gz are
      both needed in order to completely in xemacs
