In order to test bisync and vmssna I need a vms 6.2 with
OSI system installed on ORTH which has the needed 
hardware. Please drop me a note when everything is ready.

    I have upgraded node ORTH from VMS 6.1 to VMS 6.2, DECnet/OSI has also
    been upgraded to ver 6.3. There are issues with DNS at the moment,I can
    set host the any system but can not set host to ORTH, I think I have
    to re-register ORTH with the DNS people.
