    I fixed the problem with IBM2.
    IBM3 on the other hand requires a FIELD SERVICE maintenance call
    which has been logged by Charlie.

|  |     Please could you find out why DEC hasn't fixed our printer (IBM3) yet.
    I thought we had some sort of response time commitment on our service
    contract.

    We;; it was operational for about 1/2 day. It's now broken AGAIN.
    Please could you get them to fix it properly. It erroneously says that
    the front cover is open now.
