Test program PIPD in region CICSBIG is no longer behaving the way it did
last January when I used it to test the APPC Adapter.  I can duplicate
the behavior when talking to MS-SNA/Maple-Adapter combo and with a
Peer-Server/Unix-appc-server combo.

Did anything change with this transaction or with CICSBIG since mid-January?
