Could I have a 7.1 system set up on ALLOCB on an additional
disk if possible.

    Currently ALLOCB is running OpenVMS V7.0 and is part of the SMAUG
    cluster.  When upgrading to V7.1, it can no longer be part of the SMAUG
    cluster until all node are upgraded to at least V6.2 (with patches to
    allow it to cluster with V7.1 systems).

The only disks I have are 332 MB in space unless I search around and deplete 
another system that has enough space to install Vms 7.1
