A Digital partner is working on a Forte project that will have to
include market price data delivered by Reuters. Tomorrow we'll have
a talk with them on how they can deliver the data. Currently the
customer has a Reuters-delivered PC with Reuters s/w that picks
up the data from some satelite link. It is unconnected (and currently
unconnectable to) all other computers/pc's of this customer.
Is there anyone who has had experience with Reuters-delivered data
to make accessible to a Forte application (e.g. by C-wrappering, or
OLE or...). As said, we'll investigate possibilities with Reuters
tomorrow, but any advance information is welcome.
