FUNCTION: Translation tool from the ValidPACKAGER to DECSIM netlist.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
S2DSIM is a software translation program that converts Valid
output files into a network listing that can be read by DECSIM
and AUTODLY.

ADVANTAGES OF TOOL:
Allows interfacing with some rule checking to DECSIM.
LIMITATIONS OF TOOL:
The tool will not work with hierarchical designs. Flat schematic
sets applicable to layout are only acceptable format.
