The problems were cased by square brackets and related to the FCL PM
module as suggested in the previous replies. One easy work-around is to
use edge brackets < instead of square brackets ] on VMS systems.
We have made a special version of the FCL_PM module, which is more
tolerant to the ACMSxp commands, for the customer in Japan. We don't plan
to include the modification in the standard MCC relase.
A file specification with square brackets in the middle of a string
is legal on the standard MCC release when it is specified in the
dictionary. But the construction with string of - record - file_spec
from the ACMSxp group didn't work when the string was cut where the
brackets are.
