In installed MCCDIR014 and then MCCELM014.

The Elm IVP failed, and Elm started complains about SYS$SHARE:MCC_PA_FM.EXE
being missing.

I looked on the kits, the file is not there.

Anyone have a V1.4 version of SYS$SHARE:MCC_PA_FM.EXE on the net?
