I have a customer running MCC V1.4 on a VMS V5.5-2H4 system. She has
an application that sends data to a COLLECTOR and thus ANY EVENTS
are generated in the Notification window that was setup for the
COLLECTOR entity. After an hour or so, the events in the NOTIFICATION
window stop and no more are seen when there should be. If the customer
gets out of the iconic map and then back in there are still no new
events. If she then restarts the application the events start to
get displayed again. She has 500 for maxNotifications and the default
    setting of LeastSevereNotUseByMap for bufferFullPolicy.

Has anyone seen this problem? I would like to know if there is a quota
issue here or a notification_resource parameter issue involved.

    Thanks,
    Richard
