	Using examples from PNM400 1.4 ,a customer has an error message 
	when he tries to compile MCC_AVC_API.C : mcc_interface_def.h not
    	found

	I have the same error :

$@MCC_EVC_API_BUILD.COM;1
        #include <mcc_interface_def.h>
CC-F-INCLUDEOPEN, An error occurred while attempting to open the include file
 <mcc_interface_def.h>: file not found or protection violation.
                At line number 114 in SYS$COMMON:[SYSHLP.EXAMPLES.MCC]MCC_EVC_SE
ND.C;1.

	note 894.21 says that we have to copy some files pointed
	by note 3.134 but the note 3.134 does not exist anymore...

where taec address is 51.40
