	We are using the collector AM to display various
	events coming from Polycenter system management
	products. We are dealing with a large amount of
	events. We sometimes have to restart Mcc
	(when we don't see any event displayed even if
	the MCC-evc_sink process is running). 
	But this restart happens to fail also , it hangs on
	the "DISABLE MCC 0 COLLECTION_AM SINK DECNET".

	MCC is V1.3 , Vms V5.5-2.

	Any idea what might be checked.
