    Hi,
    
    I need some hint on how to fire alarms rules coming from phase IV nodes
    on an MCC station which is phase V.
    
    We had MCC running on a Phase IV machine: this system received the
    network events from several X25routers 2000 (DEMSA) which in turn,
    fired the alarm rules.
    
    Now we have installed MCC 1.3 on a DecnetOsi station and, while I still
    receive the events from the DEMSAs the alarms rules are never fired!!!
    
    On the new system I startet the MCC_DNA5_EVL process: do I have to
    start the MCC_DNA4_EVL process too? Or the MCC_DNA5_EVL will do the
    job for both phase IV and phase V events?
    
    DECMCC 1.3 is installed on a system running VMS 6.0 and decnetosi
    5.7...
