5642.0. "Multinet ACCVIO with UDPIP" by FIRSC1::CASINI () Wed Oct 06 1993 03:42
	Hi all,
a customer of mine is experiencing the following problem on DECmcc V1.3, using
the MCC_EVC_SEND.EXE executable, to send events to the NMS named NETMON, using
the UDPIP transport. The MCC_EVC_SEND.EXE file is launched from a VAX with
TGF Multinet. All works fine with DECNET transport.
The command executed is:
monxnet NETMON x25_vax "" "VAX-CPX20 X25" "Collegamento VAX X25 DOWN" -
   "Critical" "UDPIP"
where:

monxnet == "$USER_ROOT:[PSI_ECHO.NETMON]MCC_EVC_SEND"
The error message is the following:
%SYSTEM-F-ACCVIO, access violation, reason mask=04, virtual address=00000000,
PC=0007EDBC, PSL=03C00004

  Improperly handled condition, image exit forced.
