    When using the autotopology function in 1.3 MCC and Decnet both die.
    MCC Crashes with...

    Then an ACCVIO
    
    DECnet loses all circuits to anything.  The only odd sign is the fact
    that the circuit SVA-0 is synchronizing.  All other info says it should
    be running.  To recover, DECnet must be shutdown and then restarted (or
    atleast that is the only thing I have found that works)
    
    Any ideas?  This occured infront of customers and needless to say, we
    are in a bind.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
