A simple query.
a customer has bought decmcc-ems license .He has not installed mcc
yet. Instead he installed LTM . However , LTM complained about lack of
LTM license. DECMCC-EMS license is supposed to cover LTM.
I think the problem is the fact that he did not install LTM from
the EMS package. I need to confirm with someone that LTM package in EMS
is modified to accept DECMCC-EMS license.

Andrew,
I to have seen the problem. My customer install the LTM standalone
product from the CDs, with the EMS license. It would not run. I had
him install LTM from the EMS kit and it ran fine.
I also did a difference on LTM$UI.EXE, and they were indeed difference.
