    	When using Notification filtering specifying an include/exclude
    	of a NODE4 entity I am able to stop notifications from appearing
    	in the POLYCENTER Notification window but the Iconic map window
    	Icons still change colors.  Is this the correct behavior or is
    	notification filtering supposed to filter all types of
    	notification?

	In V1.3, there is a Notification Option that allows you to delete notifications which do not meet the current filters. Deleting notifications is the only way to prevent them from coloring icons. In V1.2, there is no way to have the notification filters affect the colors of icons on the map.
