While reading the Vitalink Translan AM release notes, and doing the install on a system in our demo center, I noticed that the installation instructions continue to make reference to DNS as the MIR, but I did not see any reference to the local name space. Will the Translan AM work with the local name space, or is DNS required? Thanks. Merlin

| I am not specifically familiar with the Translan AM, but the choice of naming service should be transparent to the AM. So I would expect that the Translan AM should have no problem using the "MIR" option. | |||||
